Losing Weight: What i know that you don't know

This is a major part of success, being a Fat Loss Master and following John’s story is the way to get into our tribe, you can’t sign in unless you followed the moral of it, now after you have read it, let’s get more into the things to consider when losing weight.

 

How to lose weight? What I know that you don’t know

 

 

 1) I know that if you adapt my regimen and stick to it for months you will see results

 It’s impossible not to become the new Fat loss Master if you follow my program, I know because I teached people previously how to do it and even nowadays, it’s funny to see how someone in the gym ask me how to become shredded while I look blatantly at him and remember how I was overweight in the past, I help people but I can’t force them to follow my ideas, I just know that becoming a Fat loss Master meaning becoming the tough man who overcome all the obstacles in his way, john’s story was real, build on my real life experience that I wanted to implement it in a fictional heroic character, all what I wrote was on purpose to help you change what you want, it’s really deep if you read it again and again you can understand what I say.

That’s what I know, if you read the first article of my weight loss story you will see that following the program will get you set. It just takes time to see results.

 

2) I know that if I can make you look good you will see results with the opposite sex

This is one of the Fat loss Master’s ideas, losing fat and becoming ripped is simply the gateway to the opposite sex, remember the rule at all costs, low body fat = high testosterone = increased attraction from women.

How do I know? I know that because I couldn’t date any girl that is average looking when I was 120 kg, when you lose fat you will become much better looking, look at my pictures in the ‘about section’ and you will notice, when I lost fat I became very good looking, girls that were out of my league became the one who wanted to date me, this is evolution bro, physical attraction = sexual attractions, enough of PUA NONSENSE.

 

3) I know that if I can help you learn from my mistakes you will see results faster

 In my article how I lost weight, I described my 6 months of rapid weight loss experiment, I tried many different things, some were wrong and were right, I found a conclusion and a formula that clarify the secret for rapid weight loss, if you ignore my mistakes and do what I suggested, you will see results in faster time, just be patient, summer is coming 😉
 

4) I know that skin loose is not a problem if you build muscle in calories deficit and eat high collagen

 This is what I know, skin loss is problematic, especially if you lose a significant amount of weight during your journey, I did that when I was 18 yo but as you see in my pictures you don’t notice much sagging, if you go to the gym at day one and follow my diet recommendation you will see a significant prevention of sagging skin, high protein is necessary to build and repair damaged muscles, carbs are important for your energy, support the thyroid hormone to use glucose more efficiently and so don’t follow what they say that carbs are not important please, carbs reduce your cortisol level and remember when cortisol is high then testosterone is low and that means slower fat loss and slower muscle growth, stick to high collagen protein in your diet from oxtail and lamb shanks to support skin health and prevent sagging, zinc and copper are also good for maintain skin elasticity so make sure to eat beef meat everyday and beef liver once a week to make a balance of zinc and copper.
 

5) I know that if you take fat burners and anabolic hormones you will mess your whole system

This is a big part of what I teach, injection of anabolic steroids to get results as fast as you can is not a good thing in the long term, your system will suffer especially because you are not with a specialist to recommend you the right dosage, all Fat loss students here became masters because they understood that, they know how testosterone convert to estrogen by aromatase enzyme and how estrogen feminizes men, if you follow the hard path you will get results in the long term, how do I know? I know because I haven’t gained back my body fat since I lost it, it was about 10 years ago and I’m still lean, so please don’t follow what you hear in the gym, bro-science should be avoided for your health and longevity, you know how many bodybuilders died at a young age because of the steroids they used, this is not our topic this day but be aware of that.

 

6) I know that if you exercise and reduce your calories intake you will lose fat

It’s as simple as you think ,excess calories deficit harms your body , that’s why I recommend a cheat meal once a week, I want you to enjoy your cravings while still cutting, I don’t like the whole cutting idea, and what I teach is different, my whole idea is to keep the metabolic rate high so you don’t have to cut calories, this is more of an advanced stuff so we will stay at the basics for now, eat on a white small portions plate, lift weight and do HIIT cardio and you will lose fat, if you want more guaranteed  then just do intermittent fasting, cold therapy, exercise in the mountain, avoid all vegetable oils, drink caffeine, raw cacao, eat honey and fruits and you will be set.
 

7) I know that if I can make you believe in the power of neurotransmitters you will lose weight

This is also the whole core of my idea, if you believe how powerful your neurotransmitters in shaping your behaviour you will want to want more of them, dopamine is the first neurotransmitter that is responsible for your desire, pursuit, thrilling and happiness, and yes even digestion, I know that if I can keep your dopamine high you will stay committed to your journey, that’s the whole purpose of my blog, to keep you fired up and motivated, I know that motivation is hard and that’s what I’m trying to help with, just read it when you feel lazy to go to the gym or about to give up on your goals, you will thank me later.

 

8) I know that if you drink more coffee and probably more calcium you will lose weight fast

 This is discussed in part 6, it’s very important to understand that many fat burners use caffeine as an ingredient, coffee is able to stimulate metabolism partially because of the pro metabolic effect of caffeine, mainly relying on coffee can help you lose weight in a healthy way, just eat some fruits with it to reduce the stress response, caffeine will make you lose weight faster and I believe it’s better to take coffee than caffeine pills, it’s like you say sunlight is more that vitamin D, I would say coffee is more than caffeine, you can even use nicotine patches, snus, or nicotine gums as nicotine when metabolized in the bloodstream transforms into a metabolite called cotinine which is similar to caffeine, I’m not sure about cigarette yet, but maybe cigars and pipe are the safest way to smoke. That’s why chronic smokers look thinner, also nicotine and caffeine protect against many mental diseases and help with digestion, but it’s important to fix the endocrine system to get things moving, your diet is very important, so take care of it, Fat solubles vitamins and B vitamins, all minerals and enough sleep will make a big difference, avoiding vegetables oils except for olive oil in salads.

Calcium In milk, eggshells, or cheese will keep you thin, people who drink more calcium are thinner, I have drinking 2 quarts of milk for decades and never gained much fat, very little in fact, just make sure to eat 1 or 1,5 %, milk is almost a complete food if you can digest it, start slowly, try heating raw milk if you can’t digest commercial ones.

PS: it’s better to start coffee and nicotine in small amounts, some people with bad liver health can’t tolerate it, so start slowly until you get adaption (usually in a week), quitting coffee or smoking (nicotine) will slow metabolism and can make you gain weight, it’s better to make them a habit if you want to stay lean all the time.

Actually, losing a significant amount of weight requires strong discipline and courage, patience and will power, I put many of the things that I gathered throughout the years and tested and chose the best things that will help you achieve your goals faster, you better follow carefully if you want faster results.
