How to face your fears to exercise in public

Welcome to part 5 of the program ‘How to face your social fears to exercise in public’, in this part we will discuss what to do in the fourth week to further lower anxiety, remember in part 4 we talked how small talk with strangers will help you to recognize that they are safe and not a threat to your subconscious mind.

Week 4: Talk more, try different locations

This is the last week of our program, you are going through the hardest phase which is talking more to strangers you meet after doing small talk, ensure me that you are making efforts at all costs, if you are hesitant then back away and try other target, you should be less hesitant by this week as you are going to start exercising in the next week, we made 4 weeks ~1 month to accelerate the process as I know many of you fellas want to get ripped fast, so forget about everything and if you are anxious in public then please make this program a priority before starting anything, I’m afraid that if you start without it, get mocked in public by random kids then your fear of going out alone will increase and you may start to enter the isolation phase again, so forget about gym and other stuff until you fix this anxiety, remember you should feel anxious, less stomach butterfly by the week 4, you can talk about anything, you want.

Incorporate subjects that the target is interested about    

You should start talking immediately about subjects that your target is interested about, after you said hello, what time is it, then you can see what he is doing, if he is listening to music, then ask him which one he prefers, also have an approachable body language, no crossing arms, and hand in pockets, also breath deeply before you engage in a conversation, try to look between his eyes if you can’t look at his eyes, if his kid is playing with a dog then ask him about the dog, if he is playing football with his kid then try to make few passes with them, if you don’t find that, then go change other locations, go to supermarkets, ask the cashier where meat section is, great the security guard, ask about the price, no problem, do whatever you can, slowly but surely you can do it.

If you can’t do that then you still have to work more on the previous weeks, try to repeat them again until you feel ok, remember week 4 is hardest so you are supposed to prepare for it by passing the first drills of week 1, 2 and 3. If you are not sure of what I say then try to do directly week 4 and you will see how hard it is, now follow all week steps and you will notice that week       4 is no longer impossible, be proud, be strong, be a Fat Loss Master.
