The secret to achieve your fitness results

We talk about a lot of topics in our blog, from getting ripped to getting jacked to healthy lifestyle factors. If you want one day to become a Fat Loss Master then you have to acquire the mindset that will help you to achieve and maintain your results for a lifetime.

It’s easy to lose weight, well sometimes it can be hard.

It’s easy to build muscle, well sometimes it can be hard.

It’s easy to eat healthy, well sometimes it can be hard.

It’s easy to start exercising, well sometimes it can be hard.

Hundreds of things came to mind, not even close to reality.

How many people say that they will start a weight loss regimen and stop as soon as they start or how many people say they will become jacked to get ready for summer but nothing happens, despite mentioning the example of summer, I think it’s good to that you aim yourself a period of time and define a deadline, that way you become more motivated to achieve your small goal, but anyone said they will be ready for summer and never done anything, starting a month then stop and came back to old habits.

Bro, I want to tell you it’s not about deprivation or going from extreme to extreme, it’s about being moderate, having a list of things that you want to do and start working on them slowly.

You can’t become a Fat Loss Master and achieve your goals if you keep drifting around and don’t know what you want, maybe there are not people in your life that don’t advice you to pursue your goals or help you to better organize your thoughts, you are a Fat Loss Master because you know that by defining your plans and working to achieve them even short term is better than nothing

You can’t sit there talking without having actions, I have done that many times in my life and I think it’s a waste of time, you will struggle because your brain doesn’t want you to take risks and always wants comfort for you, you have to program your subconscious thoughts to be able to do the things you want without thinking about them, starting by making small actions no matter where it ends.

This life lesson, not only appear for your fitness goals, but also anything that it seems hard to achieve: riding a car for the first time, learning to balance on a bicycle or motorcycle, talking to girls, having a job interview, applying for jobs, etc.

You will underachieve if you don’t try, and you have to expect that good results will come slowly and surely, no matter how many negative results you get, success is about trying and keep trying, negative experience will build your confidence too and positive results will keep you motivated to further pursue your goals.

So what to do now?

You are in your 20’s, or maybe in your teenage years like.

You are born with great physique and you don’t know what you want.

You have everything in life and you want more.

You are poor and you need money to work and start dieting and exercising.

All of that are okay, at least you know your starting point, that’s how I did it and that’s how I want you to do it.

It doesn’t matter where it ends, you should just start.

Sometimes the hardest part is challenging yourself to start.

But you have your Fat Loss Master Brother with you, so I hope I can make it easier for you.

Small steps + Small steps = success.

Make notes for everything you want to do and start applying, else you will miss it later in life.

Remember the more you go without trying the harder it becomes to do it.

Get yourself around positive people and cut negative people.

Follow the advice written in this blog.

You will get success and thank me later.

Don’t let any loser tell you that losing weight, building muscles and following healthy lifestyle will not make you a better person, or that you will not live much or things like that, those people already lost faith in life and want you to be like them, avoid those people at all costs.

It’s good that you want to achieve goals, but expect many bad things will happen during your journey.

Accept and face the challenges, when you expect the bad things will happen it becomes a natural thing and you will less worse about it.

Now, you go, you start, you don’t look back, you take the paper and write, or you open your computer and write your starting point and what you want to achieve in your next few months, you try, you get frustrated, it’s okay, just write, you will get many bad thoughts, it’s okay just go and write, and then you will realize you no longer have racing thoughts during sleep, because you become more organized, you set a goal and want to achieve it, that’s a win win, that’s power.

And then you will remember your old times how you were not stable in defining and organizing your goals, now you took my advice and feel everything become easier because you applied, you didn’t ask how and how, or when and when, or where and where, you just applied without thinking, the more you think the worse it gets, it’s not that thinking is bad, but thinking too much will not get you anywhere.

That’s it, you got one of the most life lessons, which is trying and taking actions no matter the consequences, that’s how you build confidence, that how you make success.

You should apply this rule in every difficult situation that you face or plan to do.

Many people want to achieve their fitness results in a short time span, but don’t know their starting point, they don’t know what to do and not to do, many struggle to define their goals and that’s why they stay losers for a lifetime, partly because of their lack of efforts and partly because they didn’t have good mentors in life, they have been hanging around with negative people and listening to BS advice in internet, but you are different, you learned how to define your goals, you know your starting point and you want to work hard to achieve a short goal, that’s what you will do and that’s how I will become proud of you, just start, with all the expectation you know you will face good and bad things during your journey and that’s part of life, you will have mood shifts and that’s fine, ask any successful person and he will tell you the same thing, becoming happy is about facing the good and bad in life, with every pain comes confidence, with every confidence become more success.
