5 Fundamental benefits of Weight Loss
My previous posts about weight loss may appear weird for some, losing 45 kg in 6 months was not something I expected to do, and it really reversed my perception of life, I went from being a fat kid to someone who looks like a male model, and you will too, trust me by reading my content and applying the concepts I teach will make you a better person, whether losing weight and maintaining it is your goal, or you want to build an athletic body type, it doesn’t matter, you are here to learn, you are here to become ripped, you are here to become muscular, I will guide you to your goals.
My posts are very related to men’s issues, I really didn’t teach any woman how to lose weight or build muscles, I teach guys how to reverse their obesity and mental problems because it’s a cycle that i went through, being very overweight with emotional wounds can harm the self-esteem big time and make you more isolated, when you realize the benefits of achieving your ideal body physique it will make the feeling of success much better, I could wrote about how to lose weight super-fast or how to build muscle super-fast, etc. but without knowing the advantages of it you will not maintain success, you will come back to your old habits again after achieving your goals. What I teach is different which is how to build the mentality of having and maintaining an ideal physique your whole life so I hope you will stick to this.
So, what are the benefits of losing weight Aymen?
I will cover the most benefits:
1. Improved overall confidence
I will write more in this part.
Remember the last time when you met some people who mocked you in public, got embarrassed and anxious because you couldn’t stop them?
I remember that very well, I was present there and I saw the full scene, I have been there but I got over it.
Bro, no matter what you do every day, there will be a few mean people who will irritate you, assuming that you met the dangerous kids alive, they mocked you in front of everyone and you got so stressed about it, you didn’t know what to do, you just ignored them and moved on, then 10 days passed and you found a few girls who laughed at you because you are obese, and the same thing you just grew up getting used to people mocking you and you became so afraid of socializing because you think everyone is evil.
But why it didn’t go well?
Because you didn’t defend yourself the first time you met the dangerous kids who mocked you.
And every time you meet new kids, they will either mock you or you will be afraid that they will mock you because they look like the old kids who mocked you before.
The reasons for not protecting yourself stem primarily from the lack of feeling of self-worth, please read it again and repeat it many times.
So how to increase your self-worth so you can defend yourself against the gangs?
It all depends on your overall perception about the body, if you are shy from your obesity, if it makes you feel like a loser, if it makes you lifeless, if it makes you afraid of meeting others, then obviously you have a body image problems, and the only way to get over it is to lose fat, maybe build some new muscles and become proud of your body and comfortable in your own skin, and here it came the same thing that I teach from the beginning, becoming a fat loss master, because once you become a master, nothing in life will appear difficult to you, you now acquire the mindset of winners.
What about the dangerous gangs?
You are not afraid of your body image anymore, you got ripped, you got athletic, you like your new form, you feel a weird energy in your body that can destroy the obstacles, your confidence skyrocket and people can feel it on you, you will even see the dangerous kids who live next to you and mocked you before to be afraid of you, they may greet you because now you demand respect, your body language reveals it, you are now the new master with the transformation you made.
2. Women are more flirty with you
Until this day, i have never been in a relationship with women, I don’t want to talk about a topic that I don’t have experience with, but I would like to share my experience before and after losing weight and building muscle. Contrary to what you hear, looks matter to women as much as it matters to men, in fact women care more about looks when they think about short term relationship or night stands, so your lifestyle value doesn’t mean jackshit when it comes to getting laid, all you need to do is look above average and ask an available girl out for a date, your success in life, achievements and values matters much more to women who are looking for long term partner, any ugly guy you see with a hot girl is either her friend or as I said she met him in a social circle (work or university) and is prioritizing other things than looks because she is looking for long term relationship, so it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t care about looks, women are more likely to cheat with handsome men during her ovulation days so be careful, do whatever you can to maximize your looks, lose weight and build muscle, dress well, have good oral hygiene and good general hygiene, maybe good haircut, and light beard help too. Please ignore what you hear about pick up artists, they say that any failure during approaching women is due to bad lines you said, they believe if you say some specific lines to a girl she will be madly attracted to you, this is not true and any successful pick up artist you see is because he had some initial average to above average looks that attracted women to him, not his pickup lines.
Now, I probably wrote more than I thought, so let me remind you about the benefits of losing weight and building muscle when it comes to attraction. Ok, so when you lose weight you automatically improve your appearance, the science behind it is women are attracted to masculine traits such as defined jawline, losing weight means your testosterone will increase (sometimes it will double if you are overly overweight) and thus improving your facial features, so no more double chin of undefined jaw that instantly make you less attractive to the opposite sex, just improving your facial features can dramatically improve your chances with women by boosting your sex appeal, at least that’s what happened to me, when I was 18, you can just look at my pictures to see the difference, even though I had bad style for clothing I used to get at least 4 stares a day just by being fit and having a defined jawline, it’s because I kept trying to increase testosterone throughout the year that made me sexy so it’s simple high testosterone is the gateway to getting girls and not your pickup lines, so sometimes when you are not blessed with extremely good looks you should not be discouraged, I know you haven’t been exposed to high prenatal testosterone or maybe got some birth defects but that doesn’t mean you can work on yourself to improve your hormones, when you start increasing testosterone and feels how good life it can be you will be addicted to them, you will not chase women but rather chase your hormones because they make you feel good about life. Please build your muscles and don’t be scared, a defined body will you stand out from the crowd, remember that even average looking girls have already plenty of guys texting her so it’s you appearing from nowhere with a great body and attractive facial features that will make you win the competition, and remember the more muscles you have the more testosterone your produce and vice versa, I will guide you towards your goals so to keep it simple: Look good, chase your hormones and you will get girls.
3. Your overall health improves
This is a big topic to cover, ask anyone on earth about the benefits of losing weight and he will tell you that his overall health improves, you should ask a person who was really overweight to tell you the benefits, I will tell you in short many of them: things like improved insulin sensitivity, more testosterone, less estrogen, better gut health, more dopamine, improved blood pressure, improved endurance, improved heart, less Polyunsaturated fat storage, better metabolism, better thyroid, better sleep, more energy, better sexual health, better blood flow, less likely to get diabetes, less likely to get cancer, improved overall speed, better memory, better quality friends, better quality girls. Improving health and knowing what losing weight can do to you is one of the most important things I cover in Fat Loss Master, I want all my students to know about that so they can make efforts to maintain them for a lifetime, I don’t want you to be hard on yourself but I want you to dedicate a part of your time to make losing weight your first goal, you can have your cheat meal once a week so don’t say that you will starve yourself for a lifetime, if you don’t have the time then I will cover to you what you need, if you are unemployed or don’t have anything to do then you are blessed with time, please use it for your side, many people struggle nowadays to improve their fitness health as they work all the time and have plenty of courses to study, so you are favorable compared to them so make time for that, I will make a simple steps for the people who don’t have time for that but no excuses, life rules say that if you want something then we can do it, it’s simple.
4. You become a better walker
This part might be funny to discuss but yes, it’s true, one of the best things I have done when losing weight is my walk speed, I remember when I was fat in my teenage years I would get very tired from walking a short distance, I was very slow walker and I got over breathing and whenever I run and also a chest pain, I couldn’t even finish an exercise in the right way, in my late teens when I started to get serious about my health I noticed that my walk speed increased, the more I kept improving my health the faster walker I became, there is a study correlating high testosterone with speed walk, the higher your testosterone is the faster walker you become, being a fast walker made me feeling like I live in another planet with all the slow walkers in our modern world, with a fast walk you will never miss the train again, you will reach supermarkets fast, and you will no longer feel you need a car, my friends call it super human speed but they are exaggerating, you will get compliments about it even from random people, they will even call you a small car haha.
5. You turn on your dormant biology
This one is my favorite part of the topic, when someone really lose a significant amount of body fat he can double his testosterone levels, and bro the equation has been the same since the beginning of human existence, when your testosterone is high, it can instantly makes you a better male, no matter how social skills you learn in life, when your androgenic hormones are high they make your life better, you have been wondering most of your life how to get a better life then the answer is to chase your hormones, nor did I say to chase women but I said chase your hormones, let me repeat it again, chase your hormones not women, and so when you learn how to chase your hormones, you will be addicted to it, when you know that just interacting with a woman for 5 minutes is enough to increase your testosterone you will be looking for ways to find women because you now know that women give you testosterone and testosterone give you women, when you understand that hormones control your thoughts and thus your behavior you will get it that life is about making good hormones high and keeping stress hormones low, when you start taking actions on this way and feel good about yourself you will adapt to this lifestyle and understand that your new success in life goals was because you took all the good actions to raise your good hormones and keeping stress hormones low, it’s hard to remember how a dormant biology was, you will probably remember your broken heart when you get cheated on by your girlfriend, or when you were an emotional kid, the guy who was crying for anything he didn’t like, everything is related to hormones, no matter how you try, you are an animal but with a different physiology, remember when you couldn’t walk right, remember when you were not attracted to women, remember when you were not an assertive person, remember when you were scared of people, remember how you were short, it’s not me who can help you to take actions, but maybe remember how a dormant biology was like can help you to understand your present, you remembering and analyzing the dark past is the only way to know, you are alone in a fight with yourself, I can help and show you the way but I can’t directly change you, what I know for sure is turning on your dormant biology means you restored the wholeness of life, your perception changes, all of that because of hormones, this means better erections, bigger down there, more athletic, fit, masculine, better memory, sharper brain, more attraction to opposite sex and vice versa, better walking speed, more mature, assertive, taller, more attractive, better facial profile, better vision, etc. I just thought about all the benefits in 1 minute, I could write more but the list is so long, the benefits are unlimited, you are no longer the sick guy that women don’t want to date but your new energy is very alluring, you can feel your new aura, you become more charismatic and you can ask people about it, you become aware of life sensations, you uncouple mitochondria and feels like in LSD, you separate from life, losing consciousness and feel like you are able to use telepathy and telekinesis, this effect can be shown when you dry fast, you will quite calm and aggressive at the same time, you will be able to build muscle much faster and your voice will deepen, all because you fixed a broken metabolism, the younger you are the better, but I’m not going to make this realistic, many people felt this when they were old too.
